Our school’s National Honor Society is dedicated to the four pillars of all NHS chapters:

• Leadership
• Character
• Service
• Academic Excellence

NHS By-laws (files to the right) reflect this emphasis, and our members dedicate themselves to upholding the high standard to which they were called upon induction.

An induction packet (made up of documents to the right) is available to all qualified applicants: 10th, 11th, and 12th graders that have a GPA of 3.5. This process begins in the second semester. The applications are reviewed by a faculty review committee, which selects students to join this prestigious group. The applicants’ dedication to and progress in the four pillars is examined closely by the review committee during the selection process. Students failing to receive an invitation to join the group during one year are encouraged to apply again, after more progress is made in the areas of consideration.
